Amy Nowak, a Senior Associate in Frost Law's Tax Controversy practice group, has over eighteen years of experiences handling tax matters for businesses and individuals. These tax matters include employment taxes, wage garnishments, bank levies, trust fund recovery penalties, state and Federal tax audits, tax return preparer penalties, offers in compromise, voluntary disclosures, penalty abatements, innocent spouse claims, and more.

Amy received her LL.M. in Taxation from the Boston University School or Law, as well as her J.D. from the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.
