Rebecca Sheppard

Rebecca Sheppard is an experienced tax attorney, and now a Partner at Frost Law in the Special Credits practice group. Since 2020, Rebecca has been using her background in government practice to help businesses throughout the country in helping them secure government funding. Relief programs that Rebecca has experience helping clients with include the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL), and the Employee Retention Credit (ERC). Rebecca's extensive tax and legal background gives her an advantage in teaching clients and businesses about the benefits and complexities of these programs. Her work has helped countless businesses recover significant refunds across the country.

Before joining Frost Law, Rebecca was a tax attorney in the Hearings and Appeals Section of the Comptroller of Maryland where she issued binding legal documents, negotiated settlements on behalf of the Comptroller of Maryland, and conducted administrative hearings. Rebecca's experience in both government as well as private practice gives her a unique view on her work, helping her to effectively navigate how businesses can make the most of tax law.
