Eric G. Lanning

Eric Lanning, a Senior Associate at Frost Law, joined our firm in October of 2022. He has over 20 years of experience as an estate planner and tax attorney, as well as significant experience in asset protection and wealth planning strategies, qualified plans, deferred compensation and employee benefits taxation, and the taxation of insurance and annuity products and insurance companies.

Eric also has experience representing clients in tax controversy matters. He has represented clients in front of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), as well as local and state taxing authorities, obtaining favorable closing agreements and private letter rulings for many of his clients.
