Peter Haukebo, Esq., an experienced tax attorney, is a Partner at Frost Law in the Special Credits group. In 2020, Peter began leveraging his tax and corporate law background to assist businesses in claiming much needed relief from the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL), and the Employee Retention Credit (ERC). Peter's knowledge and familiarity of the ever-changing tax code and recent legislations allows him to carefully assist businesses, making sure they have correctly and effectively maximized their tax credits received. Peter's efforts have helped inform countless business owners of all the important details of ERC and allowed them to claim refundable tax credits.
Peter's past business law and tax experience mostly focused on the areas of tax controversy, tax planning, and business transactions. On top of this, Peter also oversees the Legal Innovation Department at Frost Law.
