Before joining Frost Law as an Associate in 2026, Qiara Butler built a background in Commercial Litigation that now informs her approach to tax-related legal work. Her academic path includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Maryland, College Park, followed by a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2024. Qiara aims to give clients straightforward, effective support when they're navigating difficult legal situations. She recently earned admission to the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, which allows her to advocate for clients in federal court settings. Qiara also stays active outside the office. She's a member of the Alliance of Black Women Attorneys of Maryland, Inc., serves on the Executive Board of Maryland Legal Aid's Equal Justice Associates, and takes part in the LifeBridge Leadership Society, collaborating with fellow leaders on efforts to create positive change in the community.
