In 2026, Peter Mancini joined Frost Law as Counsel, bringing a diverse professional background to the firm's administrative law, estate planning, and tax controversy practices. His work frequently involves navigating EIDL and SBA loan settlements, a skillset built on a strong foundation that includes serving as a Senior Attorney for the I.R.S. Office of Chief Counsel in Detroit, Michigan. Prior to entering the legal profession, Peter spent over 20 years in the banking industry. This extensive corporate background spanned consumer, mortgage, and commercial lending, culminating in an executive role as the Senior Lending Officer overseeing various departments for a Michigan credit union.
Peter relies on a comprehensive academic foundation to help clients navigate intricate financial and estate matters. He earned his J.D. concentrated on estate planning as well as an LL.M. in Tax from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. His additional credentials include an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University, a graduate banking degree from the University of Wisconsin, and dual degrees in History and English Literature from the University of Michigan.
In the community, Peter focuses his time on inspiring teamwork and innovation among youth in and around Flint, Michigan. He serves as Secretary for both the Michigan Robotics Foundation and the FIRST Robotics Team 1506, supporting a local high school robotics program.
