Josh Greenberg is an Of Counsel attorney at Frost Law, focusing on white-collar defense and civil litigation. He represents individuals and businesses in intricate legal matters, including those involving health care fraud, public corruption, and financial crimes, as well as significant civil disputes.
Known for his strategic and hands-on approach, Josh takes on a select number of cases to ensure he provides each client with focused and dedicated representation. His track record includes securing dismissals in prominent federal cases and achieving multimillion-dollar recoveries in civil RICO and contract claims.
Josh's background includes practicing at distinguished firms like Covington & Burling and Womble Carlyle, clerking for Judge Thomas Ambro on the Third Circuit, and graduating with honors from Stanford Law School. He is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, an honorary society that recognizes outstanding leadership and service within the legal community.
