Jacob Langley serves as an Associate at Frost Law, where he assists clients with complex matters in business, commercial, and tax litigation. Based in Houston, Jacob supports individuals and businesses facing domestic tax controversies, representing them in disputes before the IRS and the Department of Justice. His background includes significant work in federal tax courts regarding the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) and Research and Development (R&D) Tax Credits, as well as defending against IRS penalties. Jacob earned his Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, later building a diverse career that includes serving as a legal extern for the Georgia State Capitol and a judicial intern in the Virgin Islands. Now admitted to practice in Georgia and several federal districts across Texas, he applies his deep experience in discovery, motions, and trial preparation to advocate for his clients’ financial well-being.
