Renuka Somers, a Senior Associate at Frost Law, assists family offices, private clients, and their advisers resolve complex international and domestic tax, estate planning, and structuring matters. Renuka is an experienced attorney in the US, as well as Australia. Prior to joining our team, Renuka gained experience working in large Australian law firms and international accounting firms. She also led the US-Australian Tax Desk for a United States based international tax & family consulting company.
Renuka's areas of expertise include Australian & US federal and international taxes, trusts, business structuring and cross-border transactions, succession and estate planning for wealthy international families, and foreign grantor trusts and beneficiary issues.
